Somebody is on your desk. You choose the hours.
Nightshift staffs your phone, your inbox and the software you already run. Nights and weekends, or right around the clock.
Dana works your phone, your inbox, and the software you already run.
She is an AI worker on the Nightshift roster, and she holds one seat at your business. If a job happens down a phone line, in an inbox or on a screen, it is hers.
The phone
She answers everything that comes in, on a number in your area code, and makes what goes out. Callbacks, chasing a quote nobody replied to, working a list you hand her.
Her own inbox
She has a mailbox at your business with her name on it, dana@yourcompany.com. You send her things, she reads them, she replies, and she sends what she said she would.
Your software
Your CRM, your calendar, your order system. She works them through the screen, the way a person does. Nothing for you to integrate, buy or build.
Twenty people can call at once. All twenty get answered.
No voicemail. No busy signal. Nobody left holding while the one person on your front desk finishes the call in front of them.
No person can do that. One worker covers a Monday morning rush the same way she covers a Tuesday at 2am.
Pick the shift.
A shift is the hours somebody is on your desk. Start where the gap is, and move up when it earns it.
Night Shift
Nights and weekends- Every call answered, however many come at once
- Her own inbox
- Nothing goes to voicemail
Full Desk
Round the clock- Everything in Night Shift
- Desk work inside your own systems
- Outbound calling for callbacks and chasing
Front Office
Round the clock, more than one worker- Everything in Full Desk
- More desk work each month
- Extra languages, and a roster rather than one worker
Each shift is a flat monthly rate. No per-call charge, no hourly rate. Call Dana and she'll tell you the number for the hours you need.
Two weeks free
Put her on the phones for a fortnight before you pay anything. Nothing to sign to start, and nothing to cancel if you stop there.
Cancel any time
No contract, no notice period, no term to see out. If she isn't earning her desk in month three, you stop in month three.
You can hear every word.
Every new hire gets something wrong sometimes. What you actually fear is finding out about it after the customer has already gone. So on any live call, from the app:
- Listen inWhile it is happening, not from a recording afterwards.
- WhisperBy voice or text. She hears you; the caller never does.
- Take it overMid-sentence, and she hands you the call.
- Stop herThe line goes back to voicemail. Last resort, but it is there.
Dana is an AI. She'll tell you so.
Ask her outright and she says yes, plainly, every time. She will never claim to be a person, not to you and not to your customers once she is holding your line. In some states that is the law. Everywhere else it is just how you avoid finding out the hard way.
She also will not invent an answer. Asked something she does not know, she says so and flags it for a person, rather than guessing in front of your customer.
There is no setup.
She onboards the way a new hire does. You tell her how you work: which calendar, which system, how you qualify a job, what to say when. She remembers it. She learns your callers as she goes, so the second time someone rings she already knows them.
Nothing to configure, nothing to buy, and no two-week technical project before she is useful. When a caller gets put through to you is your rule, not hers; you set it, and you change it whenever you like.
She answers on a number in your area code; most owners forward their existing line to it for the hours she covers, so nothing about your number changes. Her mailbox is dana@yourcompany.com, so a customer who emails her is emailing your business.
The short answers. Dana has the long ones.
Anything not here, ask her. She is the one who would be doing the job.
Is Dana a person?
No. She is an AI worker, and she says so the moment anyone asks, including your customers once she is on your line. She never claims otherwise.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly rate for the shift you choose: nights and weekends, business hours, or round the clock. There is no per-call charge, no per-minute charge and no hourly rate. Call her and she will quote the one number for the hours you need.
So I don't pay per call or per minute?
No. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one, and twenty calls at once cost the same as one.
What number do my customers call?
One in your area code, hers. Most owners forward their existing line to it for the hours she covers, so nothing about your number changes. The number on this page is the demo line, not the one your customers would dial.
Does she get an email address?
Yes: dana@yourcompany.com. A customer who emails her is emailing your business, not ours.
Do I have to connect her to my software?
No. She works your CRM, calendar and order system through the screen, the way a new hire would, with the login you give her. Nothing to install and nothing to integrate.
What if several people call at once?
All of them get answered. There is no queue and no busy signal, however many ring together.
What happens when she doesn't know something?
She says so, takes the details and flags it for you, instead of guessing in front of your customer. When a caller gets put through to a person is your rule, set when she starts.
Can I hear what she is saying?
Yes, on any live call. Listen in, whisper to her without the caller hearing, take the call over mid-sentence, or stop her and the line goes back to voicemail.
Does she speak Spanish?
English today. The languages your customers call in are added when she starts with you, as part of onboarding.
How do I start?
Call her, then tell her how you work: which calendar, which system, what to say when. She onboards the way a new hire does, and the first two weeks are free.
What if it doesn't work out?
You stop. No contract, no notice period, no term to see out.
What can't she do?
Anything that needs hands, a body, a licence or a signature. If a job happens down a phone line, in an inbox or on a screen, it is hers.
Don't read about her. Call her.
There is no form and no sales call to book. The number rings the same worker who would be holding your desk tonight; it is the demo line, and on your desk she answers on a number in your area code. Ask her anything you would ask a candidate.
